Where This Policy Applies
This policy applies when Mifoyi processes personal information, content, app records, purchases, requests, support communications, or legal notices connected to the app. It covers our role as operator and the limited help we receive from providers that support delivery, maintenance, security, payments, communications, and reliability.
Separate platform terms may also apply. App stores, device providers, payment processors, and other outside services control their own privacy practices, and their notices explain how they handle information outside our control.
Content and Information You Choose to Provide
You are responsible for the content and materials you place in Mifoyi. You should provide only information you have the right to use, keep, edit, or share. Depending on the settings and services you choose, content may be stored on your device, processed through supported services, or otherwise handled so the app can function.
We may receive information when you send us a message, submit a privacy request, report a problem, or deliver a legal notice. That information may include your contact details, the message you send, and enough context for us to review and answer it.
Apple or another store platform may make purchase confirmation information available to us. Mifoyi does not need your full payment card number to confirm paid access.
Use of App Information
We use information for practical and legal purposes related to Mifoyi. Those purposes include providing app functions, preserving user-selected content or settings, confirming paid access, answering requests, maintaining security, improving reliability, addressing misuse, meeting legal duties, and protecting rights.
User-provided content is not treated as public just because it is processed for the app. We use it only where reasonably tied to the app, your request, legal compliance, security, or support that you ask us to provide.
Providers and Limited Disclosure
Mifoyi may work with service providers for infrastructure, diagnostics, analytics, communications, security, purchase validation, and similar operational needs. They may process information only for the services they provide to us or where the law requires it.
We may disclose information when necessary to follow legal obligations, respond to lawful authority requests, enforce terms, investigate abuse, protect people or rights, or complete a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or similar business transfer.
Cross-Border Processing
Mifoyi is available globally. Information may therefore be processed in a country different from where you live, and that country may have different privacy rules.
For cross-border handling, we use safeguards that fit the information and processing involved. These may include contractual protections, access limits, vendor review, and sharing only the information reasonably needed for the stated purpose.
Retention Without Registration
Mifoyi does not rely on a registered account profile for ordinary use. When you make a request, we may need enough information to locate relevant records without asking for unnecessary details.
We keep content, app records, purchase confirmations, requests, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain access you obtained, respond to you, resolve disputes, comply with law, preserve security, or keep legitimate business records. When information is no longer needed, we delete it, de-identify it, or keep it only in a limited form where full deletion is not reasonably available.
Removing content or changing device settings may not immediately remove every copy. Backups, logs, provider systems, and purchase validation records may retain limited information until normal retention cycles finish.
Security Safeguards
We use technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. The measures depend on the type of information and the practical risks of operating a mobile app.
No storage or transmission method is perfectly secure. You should protect your device and use care when deciding what materials to keep in the app.
Platform and Outside Service Practices
Store platforms, operating systems, payment tools, analytics providers, diagnostics services, and similar outside services may process information under their own policies. Their roles may include distribution, purchase handling, crash reporting, fraud prevention, platform security, and device-level controls.
Mifoyi does not control those outside practices. Review the privacy settings and notices provided by your device, store platform, and any connected service you choose.
Children and Minors
Mifoyi is not intended for children who cannot lawfully use online services without consent. If we learn that a child provided information in a way that legally requires consent that was not given, we will take reasonable steps to remove or limit that information.
Your Choices and Privacy Requests
Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where consent is used. These rights may be limited by law, security needs, purchase records, dispute handling, or other legitimate reasons.
Some choices can be managed through the app, your device, or the store platform. Payment and purchase settings are often controlled by Apple or the store that processed the transaction.
When we receive a rights request, we may ask for information needed to verify it and locate relevant records. We will respond within the time required by applicable law or, if no specific period applies, within a reasonable time.
Policy Revisions
We may change this policy when Mifoyi, legal requirements, platform rules, or our practices change. Material revisions will be identified through an updated effective date, revision date, app notice, store listing, or another reasonable method.
A revised policy applies to later processing after it becomes available, subject to any consent rules required by law.
